My newest addiction...

So Lauren, Bo's cohost, introduced me to the most wonderful stress reliever that I have found in a long time. HOT YOGA! Ever heard of it? All it is is yoga, yes yoga, but in 90-95 degree heat. A yoga room is heated with heaters and everyone just does yoga. According to many articles that I have read recently there is a possibility to burn anywhere from 400-900 calories in a hour. Some have mentioned that they have dropped anywhere from 10+ pounds in less than two weeks. The theory behind it is that when you add heat to your workout it literally will "melt" the fat out from around your cells! It also with the heat adds to the ability to encourage flexibility. many say that with the sweating that you are releasing toxins when you sweat, some even say that it is like getting rid of smog in the air. Some are skeptical but yoga goers are high believers! It is also something that is an all in one. You get your yoga and cardio in one shot. So I am very interested and have participated in about 4 sessions. I just wish that it would work with my schedule each day and I could do it each day. I am doing it as much as I can in hopes that I see results!
